Haridy (Farid Shawqi) goes to the vegetable market looking for a job opportunity. After many attempts, he finds work with Abu Zeid (Zaki Rostom), who is the most powerful merchant in the entire market. After a while, Haridy separates and marries Hasniya (Tahia Carioca). He forms an alliance with her and Abu Zeid’s competitors against Abu Zeid. However, as Haridy’s power in the market grows stronger with the help of his wife and partners, his situation changes for the worse.
