The correctional officer prefers to treat the inmates well, while the director prefers to use cruelty and pressure. Four girls have a crush on the officer, and unintentionally set fire to the correctional facility, creating a golden opportunity to escape. A disciplinary council is formed for the officer for his negligence and inability to control them. A man comes across the four girls and discovers that one of them resembles a wealthy girl from a prominent family who disappeared years ago. Events unfold.
