The unjust governor, Zaid, exhausts the people by extorting money and stealing women. No one can fight him due to his power and brutality. He kills a member of the Bani Mazen tribe. Issam, the dead man’s friend, revolts against the governor, threatening and challenging him, insisting on fighting him to avenge his death. He rescues Dalal, the girl the governor has kidnapped and with whom he has fallen in love. Issam continues to fight him, using all kinds of tricks.
